I was born and brought up in East Africa. A British National, I live in Pune India and am married and have two sons. I love to travel, play golf and have a particular interest in understanding and working with different cultures.

My background

As a Master Certified Coach (MCC) from the ICF, I work with leaders globally to help them grow and make sense in an uncertain yet exciting world. I can bring in multiple perspectives to a situation given my engineering background and diverse experience with global organisations and academia, which the Client values.

I have worked in Sales and Marketing, Sales Leadership Consulting with Leading Scandinavian organisations, and helped set up the Centre for Executive Education at the Indian School of Business before persuing my passion as a facilitator and executive coach.

I work with senior leaders in global organisations to mid-to-small size businesses, and my notable clients include PWC, Capgemini, Novo Nordisk, TCS, Accelya, Barclays. I am also a part of the Duke CE global educator network.

In addtion to the above, I was the founding President of the ICF Pune Chapter, where I led a talented board to build the awareness of coaching and create a strong community of coaches in Pune.
