“The MaastrichtMBA is an executive MBA program aimed at working professionals worldwide. Many students choose this two-year, part-time executive master’s program because of its emphasis on leadership development. The combination of business education with coaching initiates significant growth. COURIUS is one of the contributors to the executive MBA, participating in both the course curriculum and the Leadership Development Trajectory. The business coaches support the students over two years in three ways: through one-on-one coaching, buddy coaching, and group coaching. My coach understood my doubts, shared his own story, which created a sense of similarity and trust, and asked insightful questions without giving answers or advice. Attending the Be the Future programme has been a key milestone in my Capgemini development. The in person section of the Programme was incredibly productive. The facilitators masterfully created an environment which managed to be both warm and encouraging whilst also pushing participants out of their comfort zones. The preparatory work and the follow on sessions online following the in person sessions offered the chance for self reflection and reinforced the lessons learnt at Les Fontaines.

The outcome of attending the course has been both an increased self awareness and a better understanding of those around me, helping me to identify colleague’s working styles and how best to communicate and lead others.
