I am Elles, born and raised in Rotterdam, where I combine my family, top sport and work and enjoy the dynamics this brings. Not for nothing is ‘Let’s EmBuild!’, based on self-direction and intrinsic leadership, my personal slogan and encompasses everything empowerment. Herein lies the motivation for me to shape my work.

Specialism

I experience my expertise as a doctor, my sports medicine activities and more than 25 years of experience as a senior manager in the business world as an enormous added value in my current work as an executive coach and all-round team coach. I see the connection between personal and professional development as the ‘key’ to success. From this perspective, I mainly coach managers, medical specialists, top athletes, teachers and entrepreneurs.

My background

Besides working for COURIUS, I am the owner of Bouwer Management & Coaching. From here, I have joined Coaching Nederland as a senior coach & advisory board member, work as a career coach at the Care Career Centre and as a lecturer at Training Institute Scolea. I also work as a doctor and medical advisor for various organisations.

I am a member of NOBCO, AGB and BIG registered, EQA and IFMS certified and licensee of MPA MindSonar®

My approach

Clients characterise my approach as energetic, result-oriented, practical, surprisingly simple and personal. My strength is letting people discover what they really want, supporting and challenging them to get moving themselves. My approach lies in inspiring people and making them curious about what comes out of this!
