My name is Geertje and I live with my family in Voorburg. I work as an interim manager, change manager, team coach, and one-on-one coach. I strive for the best results in the work I do and do not hesitate to (lovingly) confront issues when I feel things could be improved. Openness and gentleness are crucial tools in my approach: when everyone can be authentic and dare to use their strengths, the best results are achieved.
Specialties
With twenty years of experience as a manager, primarily in commercial roles, I have led various change and reorganization projects. This experience has made me adaptable in guiding change processes. I believe in co-creation and approach resistance with genuine curiosity. By listening to diverse perspectives and bringing out the best in everyone, quality is enhanced and change is implemented more easily.
My Background
In addition to my work for COURIUS, I work as an interim manager, change manager, and (executive) coach through my company Néwel voor Verandering. I am convinced that people are the key to achieving results. Creating an environment in which people feel comfortable to fully express themselves gives me energy.
My Approach
For me, it is clear that people always come first in achieving results. I believe that optimal outcomes are reached only when the talents and skills of all colleagues can flow freely. My approach is inclusive: everything is allowed a place and to contribute. I work intuitively, with curiosity and gentleness, and strike a balance between slowing down and accelerating.
