We believe society becomes stronger when we reach out to others and selflessly support one another. That\u2019s why we voluntarily assist individuals and organizations actively contributing to a better society. By doing so, we empower them to maximize their potential and amplify their societal impact.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For years, we\u2019ve been sharing our knowledge and experience in coaching, team development, and leadership growth without asking for anything in return. We dedicate our time and energy to supporting people and social organizations. For example, we\u2019ve frequently collaborated with <a href=\"https:\/\/maatschapwij.nu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>MaatschapWij<\/em><\/a>, where we\u2019ve celebrated around 35 volunteers at a time during inspiring events. These events featured engaging speakers, tools for personal development, and an hour of individual coaching. We\u2019ve also coached and guided the team of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vfonds.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>V-fonds<\/em><\/a> multiple times and deliver free guest lectures at universities. During these lectures, we introduce students to concepts such as team energy and\u00a0 connecting capacity: connection with oneself, reflection, and introspection \u2013 knowledge we wish we had access to at their age.<\/p>\n<h2>Enhancing Impact<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the examples above, we also support individuals, teams, and organizations that drive social change. Our principle is simple: if we empower them, their societal impact grows. We focus on people, teams, and organizations with whom we share a personal connection. Here are three examples:[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Coaching<\/h2>\n<p>Giel Beelen produces groundbreaking radio programs and is the founder of the largest Dutch-language platform for self-development and spirituality. <a href=\"https:\/\/kukuru.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KUKURU<\/a> boasts around 50,000 subscribers.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221; el_class=&#8221;special_text_block-3d&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1734346785957{margin-bottom: 3rem !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;22994&#8243; img_size=&#8221;400*400&#8243; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<em>\u2018At a turbulent time in my life, my conversations with Marco brought me peace and clarity. I initially had limiting beliefs about it, but he helped me see what I was doing and how I inspire people \u2013 as a fireball of connection. This gave me the courage to claim my space. He didn\u2019t coach me as a mentor-teacher, but as a fellow human being.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Giel Beelen, radio DJ and presenter[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]KUKURU stands for \u2018short, grand, and inner guru (inner drive).\u2019 In the podcast, Giel engages with inspiring speakers weekly \u2013 not to tell people what to do, but to showcase possibilities. With over 250 conversations available online, Giel reflects: \u2018Over time, I\u2019ve grown like anyone else. Initially a consumer, I\u2019ve become more of a facilitator on my own platform.\u2019[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Leadership Development<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercyships.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mercy Ships Nederland<\/a> operates two hospital ships delivering medical-surgical care in Africa while also strengthening local medical systems by training caregivers, nurses, and doctors.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221; el_class=&#8221;special_text_block-3d&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1734346776518{margin-bottom: 3rem !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;22985&#8243; img_size=&#8221;500*500&#8243; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<em>\u2018Our management team needed to enhance its leadership skills. We thought we were doing fine, but during one of the team sessions with Jaco, it became clear that while we complimented each other, we avoided addressing challenges. Now, we\u2019re more open and trust each other more, which helps us become a vibrant organization rather than one that\u2019s barely burning.\u2019<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Anita Delhaas, director Mercy Ships Nederland[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column_inner][\/vc_row_inner][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]From the Netherlands, the Mercy Ships are supplied with approximately 80 containers annually, volunteers are recruited and transported, and essential funds are raised. Anita notes: \u2018Efficiency is key, with a motivated and resilient team. In an NGO, culture is vital because the work can be stressful.\u2019[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<strong>Team Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enny van Arkel and Ilse Nieuwland, both former elderly care professionals, noticed a significant demand for new knowledge among seniors. In 2014, they founded <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oudgeleerdjonggedaan.nl\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Oud Geleerd Jong Gedaan (OJGJ)<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner equal_height=&#8221;yes&#8221; content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221; el_class=&#8221;special_text_block-3d&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1734346761318{margin-bottom: 3rem !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;22998&#8243; img_size=&#8221;500*500&#8243; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<em>\u2018We often receive coaching offers, but they rarely fit. Marco is different \u2013 he\u2019s socially committed, clear, and creates a safe environment.
