‘Success always depends on how much your own people believe in it and put their shoulder to the wheel.’ It is important to set clear goals at the beginning of a project and start working together. At the same time, as a change manager, you need to know when to let go. It gives me great satisfaction when I manage to get people to do their work better, or even feel that it ‘happens by itself’. And that they also have tools to solve problems when necessary.’

Specialism

After working as a change manager at General Electric Plastics and at Boer & Croon, Joline worked as an independent change/project manager and coach since 2010. At Kwattaas, she has been doing this in a broader context at medium-sized Dutch companies in the manufacturing industry since 2013. Some assignments she carried out: restructuring an R&D department at a machine factory and setting up a training house for a new milk powder factory.
